DIRECTIONS
First, apply a pea-size amount of Heat Sculpting Serum on desired areas. (Use an applicator if available) The heat effect will activate after 10 minutes mins before workout/exercise and leave it on. It will activate once you start feeling the heat when you sweat. Heat effect will vary on different skin, apply more to increase intensity. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and after application. Avoid eyes. Can be used on arms, belly and thighs.
After workout, take a shower, then apply a pea size of amount Cool Firming Serum on desired areas for muscle recovery and for the body to work for longer. The cool effect will activate after 5-10 minutes and leave it on. Cooling effect will vary on different skin, apply more to increase intensity. Wash hands thoroughly with soap after application. Avoid direct contact with eyes. Can be used on neck, arms, belly and thighs.
*Its also advisable to be active/workout/exercise and let the ingredients to activate to its utmost potential. Not suitable for pregnant women or breastfeeding mothers.
CAUTION :
The heat sculpting serum can cause redness on skin and both thermo heat and cryo cool activated feeling can last up to 1 hr.
