*Please note the some of the ingredients used are natural. Therefore, slight variation of colour and scent is to be expected from batch to batch. These variation is nothing out of the ordinary and does not affect the quality of the product and its efficiency.

DIRECTIONS

1. Intense Firming Oil to be applied after shower twice daily.

Apply at least twice daily, gently massage onto your skin in a circular motion until fully absorbed. Suitable for abdomen, breasts, lower back, buttocks, hips and thighs.

2. Shea Body Butter to be applied at least twice daily 

Apply generously and gently massage onto your skin. Can be used after applying the POP oils.

3. Lip, Nip & Bits to be applied after every day twice daily.

For Lip:

Gently smooth over cracked and dry lips.

For Nipple:

Apply generously to the nipples after feeding.Make sure to clean nipples before each breastfeed.

For Perineal Massage:

Apply around your vulval region daily before and after birth.
