WHAT PRODUCTS ARE RECOMMENDED FOR POST-NATAL?

We recommend our After POP Healing Set, which include products designed to help firm and hydrate the skin, improve elasticity, support skin repair, and tighten areas that may feel loose post-pregnancy.

ARE POP NEUTRAL PRODUCTS MUSLIM FRIENDLY?

Yes, our products are Muslim-friendly. However, they are not Halal-certified at this time.

CAN THE OILS BE USE ON BABIES?

No, our oils are not recommended for babies. However, our Shea Body Butter is gentle and suitable for baby use.

CAN MEN USE POP NEUTRAL PRODUCTS?

Yes! All POP Neutral products are suitable for everyone, including men.

Oils & Ointments

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I USE THE STRETCH MARK OIL OR INTENSE FIRMING OIL?

For best results, we recommend using the oils at least twice daily. However, usage can be adjusted based on your personal preference.

ARE THE BOTH OILS  SUITABLE FOR BREASTFEEDING OR LACTATING MOTHERS?

Yes, both oils are safe for breastfeeding and lactating mothers. If applied near the breast or nipple area, please wipe off the product before nursing.

ARE THE OILS ONLY FOR TARGETTED AREAS, OR CAN THEY BE USED ON THE WHOLE BODY?

Both oils can be used on targeted areas or applied all over the body.

WHICH OIL SHOULD I USE FIRST : STRETCH MARK OIL OR INTENSE FIRMING OIL?

You may alternate or combine both oils in your routine—there is no strict order of application.

IS THE STRETCH MARK OIL SAFE TO USE DURING FIRST TRIMESTER?

Yes, the Stretch Mark Oil is pregnancy-safe and can be used from the first trimester onwards.

CAN THE INTENSE FIRMING OIL BE USED DURING PREGNANCY, OR IS IT ONLY FOR POST PREGNANCY?

The Intense Firming Oil is safe for use during pregnancy. However, we recommend avoiding application on the belly area while pregnant.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE INTENSE FIRMING OIL AND STRETCH MARK OIL?

IF I'M PREGNANT, WHICH OIL IS RECOMMENDED?

We recommend the Stretch Mark Oil for pregnant mothers to help reduce the risk of stretch marks.

HOW DO I USE THE OILS?

Pump a small amount of oil onto your palm and gently massage it onto targeted areas such as the belly, thighs, shoulders, or other desired areas.

HOW LONG DOES ONE BOTTLE OF OIL LAST?

Each bottle typically lasts 1 to 2 months, depending on frequency and amount of use.

ARE THE OILS PREGNANCY SAFE?

Yes, both oils are formulated to be safe for use during pregnancy.

Dry Body Brush

HOW SHOULD I USE THE DRY BODY BRUSH?

Brush upwards using short, firm but gentle strokes, starting from the feet and moving up towards the hips. Use circular motions around the tummy and underarms. Let the brush do the work, and avoid areas that are sore, irritated, or sunburnt.

WHEN SHOULD I USE THE DRY BODY BRUSH?

It is best used on dry skin before your morning shower.

HOW LONG CAN I USE ONE DRY BODY BRUSH?

With regular use, we recommend replacing the brush every 3 months.

ARE THE FRAGRANCES IN YOUR PRODUCTS NATURAL AND SAFE?

Yes. POP Neutral does not use artificial fragrances. Any scent comes naturally from the ingredients used.

DOES POP NEUTRAL PRODUCTS CONTAIN ANY HARSH CHEMICALS?

No. We do not use harsh chemicals or harmful ingredients in our formulations.

ARE POP NEUTRAL PRODUCTS TESTED ON ANIMALS?

Absolutely not. Our products are cruelty-free and tested by our team, never on animals.

ARE POP NEUTRAL PRODUCTS VEGAN?

Yes, our products are vegan and made using natural, plant-based oils.

WHAT ARE THE EXPIRY DATES FOR POP NEUTRAL PRODUCTS?

Expiry dates are printed on the product packaging. Products are generally valid for 3 years from the manufacturing date.

WILL POP NEUTRAL PRODUCTS CAUSE AN ALLERGIC REACTION?

Unless you are allergic to a specific ingredient, reactions are unlikely. We recommend reviewing the ingredients list and performing a patch test before full use.

ARE POP NEUTRAL PRODUCTS SAFE DURING PREGNANCY AND BREASTFEEDING?

Yes. Our products are developed with mothers and mothers-to-be in mind and are safe for use during and after pregnancy.

Order, Shipping and Payment Queries

HOW DO I PURCHASE POP NEUTRAL PRODUCTS?

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once an order has been confirmed and processed, cancellation is unfortunately not possible.

CAN I AMEND MY ORDER AFTER I HAVE PLACING IT?

Unfortunately, you will be unable to make changes such as adding a promo code, removing/adding an item, or cancelling an order once payment has been made. You may, however, get in touch with us if you need to change your delivery address provided the items have not been shipped out yet.

CAN I RETURN PURCHASED ITEMS?

Due to hygiene reasons, all items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless stated otherwise under our return policy.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM IF IT’ ARRIVES FAULTY?

Yes. Please contact our customer service via WhatsApp at +6018-2542250 or email hello@popneutral.com. Include your order number, product details, and a photo of the faulty item. Please do not discard the item, as it will be collected by our courier.

HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout. Orders within Malaysia typically arrive within 1–3 working days. International delivery times vary depending on location.
