Shea Body Butter :

1. Use the dry body brush on DRY skin, before your morning shower.  Brush upwards in a short firm but gentle strokes, form feet up to the hips.  Use circular motions around the tummy and armpits.  Let the brush do the work.  Avoid sore, irritated, and sunburnt areas. (advisable to brush 2-3 times a week)

2. Next, apply the espresso body scrub generously and scrub the whole body in a circular motion. Rinse thoroughly. (advisable to scrub 2-3 times a week)

3. Mix both the stretch mark oil and intense firming oil on the desired areas. Apply at least twice daily, gently massage onto your skin in a circular motion until fully absorbed.

4. Apply shea body butter at least twice daily, and gently massage onto your skin all over the body.
